|  08-07-08, 04:17 PM Your firewall could be blocking the USB dongle from connecting to the internet, just check that it is in the alowed list on your firewall, or that no programs on your pc is blocking the USB dongle to connect to the internet.
If you still have problems, i would call 3 and just tell them what your problem is and when they tell you, about your firewall, just say someone has already told you to do that, is there anything else u can do? Just tell them straight, they are customer service, and you tell them what the problem is and they help you, dont let them tell you things, what u already know, just tell them.
