connection window disappears

I hope this isn't too trivial. I've got 3 Mobile Broadband, there's a window I can connect from, but if I minimise it, it disappears. Despite much clicking, I can only get back to it after logging out and starting again. The window has the house, Earth, envelope icons etc., has minimise and close buttons but no full-screen button. Is this a Vista Home Edition problem or a 3 Mobile Broadband problem? It won't kill me if have to never minimise the window, but I'd still like to hear any ideas.

Well, you havent given much detail, about what the window is called, what it tells you on it, only the pics, Which are no much help to me.

Whatever window it is when u click minimise it should still be in the bar at the bottom of your screen if not, it should go back to the desktop view.

It could go to the bottom right corner of your screen,where there are icons of background programs running and others, and to get it back up just click it.

In any case when you minimise it, it should just go, if im right about what type of window your talking about with just minimise and close buttons but no full-screen button, it just go back on to your desktop, so minimise all the other windows you have open and see if its there.

If you told me more information about it, so i knew what it was, i would be able to give you more help

On the taskbar the tab for the window is called ZTE Mobile Connection. That tab disappears when I minimise the window. The window itself has '3 Internet' as a title at the top left. That title changes if I click on the envelope, phonebook or gear icons. '3 internet' is where I connect to the Internet.
I've left clicked and right clicked everything on the taskbar, and searched Help and Support (on the Start button) but not found the window, or how to get disappeared windows back, or how to get Windows to open or close a connection (there's plenty about setting them up). I'm not on a LAN or any network like that. I hope that makes it clearer.

Well, To be honest i dont know, i dont have 3 Mobile Broadband, but when you click minimise the window should go into the bottom right corner of your taskbar, i would imagine it to do that.

If not that i would think it would minimise to the tray at the bottom of your screen, but im sure you would be able to see that.

So im afraid to say, i cant really help you more, i cant see any reason for it to do that, you could try to write to 3 Mobile Broadband customer service and ask them?

I googled 'window minimize disappear' and it seems like a common problem with all kinds of windows, although I haven't checked which Windows OSs have the problem. There are fixes e.g. a Visual Basic script, but so long as it's just my 3 window with the problem I think I'll just put up with it, unless 3 have an answer. Thanks for your time.
