I have Talktalk and it ait bad for the money 5110 & 340 speeds and as I have the full phone backage its cheap at NOTHING for Broad Band ( I make a lot of phone calls)

I did have trouble early on but a couple of calls to the Tech department sorted it out and it has been very good.

Perhaps as I do not downlaod a lot of music or films it suits me fine.

I would ask other users to complain to TALKTALK and not just gripe on the blogs
