I have been using Fast for just on 9 months now and the service is truly superb.

The connection is always stable,I have never seen any downtime and speed is excellent at all times of day.

Service is 5 star with UK based phone service 7 days a week and till @10.30 pm at night,the phone is answered very promptly and they will always call you back if needed.

This is how it should be done,yes there are many cheaper packages but you get what you pay for in the end.

I have used this site and checked the speeds as i was meant ot be getting 20mbs. I found that i averaged 3.5. my higest was 6.33 down to 1.94. So i rang virgin media and they wanted me to pay 25p a minute to speak to technical. So i asked to use the 4mbs which might go up to 10mbs in the summer. I have saved £13 a month that was being wasted.
