Been on virgin media for a couple of months now and so far no problems. i had a couple of bits missing from my setup package (eithernet cable, setup cd,) and they credited a tenner to my account for the inconvenience!

been with them now for a year and been upgraded to there 20mb package wich on the test is capping out at 17.5mb not to bad at all on good days it will reach 19mb
And y would that be 1948kbps down +182 up on a good day been loyal customer for years and years ntl then virgin got hoodwinked by ntl just before take over was prommised upgarded broadband but was rubberd when took over. Have tv package for kids witch I dont even watch as mister branson (lost) or didnt want to pay over the odds for sky 1 sky sports and others .Have my phone and a piddling 2meg with no upload to talk about .I would just like to say your not the only one who dosnt like to be ripped off .is it just another case off ripp off scotland we must bee the dearest county in the world to live and we cant afford to go out any more and we cant even afford to stay in ha ha .Its a slap in the face when you see the same thing as the banks happening the new custommers get all the deals and the loyal customers lose stations and get charged more .And when you lost the lottery I thought you had a good bassis for makeing it better for the worse off and the charites and maybe even put a stop to the totally insane idea off giveing it to the rich who havent done a stroke of work in centuarys to do up ther castles and there acres of grounds .Come on I thought you were better than this no chance off you ever getting to read this but reality is calling I heard you were maybe going on an ethics commity to stop people from chokeing compatition if you seen what i was paying for all this you would understand that kids cant do without their channels wife cant do without her advice line to ( M in L) and i cant afford my b/band for all the other charges . and I dont even get to watch lost prison break or a bit off sports .give us loyal customers a break this christmass xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and if you giveing that car away I could do with a car that has a heater that works
