Well i can see why it is so annoying, epically when sending to someone else, how annoyed they would be, an eyesore at the bottom of every email, Just trying to sell there products again, and become more popular.

Precisely and when you mention this to them they avoid answering or refer you to TOS which doesn't really answer it either. When you do get any sense out of them, they can't do anything to stop this or as I had once been told, "you will not have this happen again" but guess what! It still does.

I am surprised more people have not complained about this, not that anyone would know if there had been any. Even on their messageboards, you can rip into them but they never reply (or read it in my opinion). they make any form of complaint difficult to get past some half hearted customer support official on the phone. When you ask to speak to a manager (which you are entitled to do), they come up with some petty excuse and fob you off or worse still, patronise you. There is no real complaint procedure a customer can use that will actually be taken seriously or even get past the phone support people so I am sure the bigwigs have either placed blocks on having to even consider the fact that customers are unhappy or they are stopped from ever knowing what if really going on.

I have written several messages to them and never had a reply! This says it all really.
