I Was Just Wondering Do The Staff At The CSC, Read Everything Of A Screen? Like Someone Calls, Tells Them There Problem, Then They Type It Into A Pc, And It Gives Them There Answer. I Like It When They Dont, Just Tell You What They Know, Then If They Cant Solve It, Look On A Pc, And Tell You That They Are, Im With Tiscali, Had Many Problems In The Past, Must Of Called, At Least 6 Times, Over A Year, Once Though, I Got To Speak To Some1, Who Accutllly Did What I Said, Gave His Knowlege, Then Looked On A Pc, Took A Bit Longer, But That Was The Only Time I Have Said Thanks, Why? Because, He Sorted My Problem Out, Once And For All, Never Had A Problem Since, Now The Contracts Has Past, Im Free To Move ISP. Dont Want To Post Public On This Fourm? Not A User?
