** UPDATE**
Finaly got it working, after a very frustrating telephone call to 3 we eventualy got them to listen to us rather than read from there script off the computer, they them managed to lock me out of the account and after they reset the password ect there was a 1.5 hour period where it was giving the same messages and then suddenly it all started working. i have know gegisterd my card and managed to buy the "add on". |
