| Mobile Broadband WITHOUT a cap? - 16-07-08, 02:56 PM Hi guys,
I've looked around and don't think it's actually possible, however I was wondering if anyone knows of a contract/deal that doesn't give a monthly use cap for mobile broadband? 1gig a month for £10 which IMO is almost stealing your money. The best I could find was 10gig for £30 a month. basically i'm in a newly build flat and can't get cable, installing a BT landline would cost me £130. Getting the inetrnet just seems very very pricey.
my monthly use would consist of xbox live/world of warcraft(big patches to d/l), I play quite often so it would be around 10 gig a month, and 30 pound a month for 10 gig is horrible.
I know mobile broadband isn't really meant for heavy use, however it still is at the moment the cheapest option for me. Will they be removing data caps in the near future, or at least making them sensible? any decent contracts out there? or if anyone knows of a company that can beat BTs awfull landline installation charge?(there damn landline is already there, socket in the wall, one in the living room the other in one bedroom, bt logo on the damn socket panel, yet they're going to charge me £130 to basicaly switch it on!)
Thanks for any help. |
