| Three mobile broadband, taking my money! - 08-07-08, 10:31 AM Three mobile broadband issue: I went over my 3GB allowance, phoned up got told I had to put £10 on which would give me 100mb for therest of the month, not what I wanted but OK. When the bill came through I found out that I had used £60 worth of credit?! I never asked for this credit nor had I been told I was being given it (£60 in 5 days is appaling) I have refused to pay, canceled my direct debit (I put in writing I would do this) and now they have a debit collection agency after me!
If anyone can give me any advice on how to tackle this and get them to stop chasing after my money that would be a great help. Last edited by matthew : 08-07-08 at 05:08 PM. |
