I have had virgin for a few weeks now and have had no major problems. The only thing i have noticed is sometimes when you open your browser you get the old page cannot be opened messages (ahh dialup remember those days?!
) The strange thing is you can still access your pop email accounts! About 5 mins later your internet is back up and running! Very odd!
Plus dont even bother to try to add extra email accounts cos there server just wont have it! even though they give you 15) i use bluebottle for my family members pop3 accounts!
