| O2 superfast Broadband - 11-06-08, 09:18 PM Oh dear!
Changed to O2 about 6 weeks ago as they promised their superfast Broadband.
It turned out that my local exchange was not O2 modified, but I was offered the option of setting up a standard O2 package initially, and changing to the higher speed connection when it became available.
Which I did.
Yesterday I discovered that my exchange has now had fitted O2 equipment and that higher speed connections are available.
Full of joy, I contacted O2 ask them to change me over.
The joy was short-lived.
To change, they have to cancel my existing contract, I have to return my router to them and they withdraw your broadband connection for up to two weeks..............
How NOT to treat your good customer !!
This is the same company that sold me an iPhone, and because the iPhone is polling my O2 email account, I cannot use webmail or other email client to look at my O2 email at the same time...............Error message Ox8004210E which the second line O2 technical help have ignored for a month. |
