| Good reliable service - which is what I need when working at home! I use Option 2 £14.99 as I need to use VPN for work. Set up was easy and customer service is good (uk customer service operators) Online support/account monitoring and billing is excellent. I was new to Broadband and had to set up everything for first time (routers - VPN,new email account etc)which I did with no problems following their clear instructions. I have been with them for a couple of months and have had no issues. |

| I have had broadband suppliers for about 10 years now, not being totally happy with any of them. Most use overseas to service their account, all lousy. I used talktalk before lousy service. The supply is OK if you are getting it free. However after 18months of disconnections at peak times, bidding on Ebay, I had had enough. Plusnet was rated highly elsewhere, so with the option of 1 months contract, worth a try. What a revelation! Customer service, based in Yorks, answered all queries promptly,were very helpful.Connection has never dropped. Speed is a little faster than any before 1800kps, good for the Lake District. Excellent web site, check it out. |
