| this is a very well established broadband company who have lost the way, and all of the customers who have stuck with them over the years (including myself 7 years) are now dis-hartend, I have recently upgraded to 8mb broadband well lets just say 6-7 weeks i upgraded but i have been still getting 2mb and told on the 6 times i have calld that it will take anther 5-7 days to sort out. but the aol talk package I also signed up for was up and working within 7 days, so i now have my mac code and am looking for a provider that does what they say, insted of promising to. |

| I pay $39.95 a month for 10 mbps, unlimited download. I only can get 8.2 mbps on this website's speed test, and that is only if i run the test 4-5 times in a row. the first test usually results in 3-5 mbps download... i'm somewhat dissatisfied for the price i'm paying. |

| I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO TRANSFER MY BROADBAND AND AOL TALK TO MY NEW HOUSE. YOU ARE ADVISED TO GIVE 20 DAYS NOTICE. THEY TRIED TO CUT ME OFF ON MY CURRENT LOCATION ON THE SAME DAY AS NOTIFYING THEM. THE USUAL PROBLEM WHEN YOU CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES INDIA, THEY CANNOT HELP OR CONNECT YOU WITH SOMEONE IN THE UK WHO CAN TALK ENGLISH.
THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS |
