We did not have a mobile sim card but toucan tried to charge us. We did not have broadband but toucan tried to charge us. Rarely do they reply to any form of communication. We had to suffer their treatment for months. Including initiating court proceedings before receiving credits because of their appalling service. if you enjoy pain, harrassment, threats then join Toucan.
