i have BT. mostly problem free. but i get about 5mbs it is advertised at bt as 7mbs. the router says 6mbs some times i have gotten only 2mbs. to talk to bt techinical service is talking to india where they have no clue most often.

if you enjoy pain, harrassment, threats then join Toucan.

We did not have a mobile sim card but toucan tried to charge us.

We did not have broadband but toucan tried to charge us.

Rarely do they reply to any form of communication.

We had to suffer their treatment for months. Including initiating court proceedings before receiving credits because of their appalling service.

Dont think I can get broadband as my pc is too old…. my pc is windows 2000 xp so I have dial up at the moment but would prefer broadband…. do I need to buy something extra to get broadband as I cant afford to buy a new pc

I’ve been using Tiscali broadband for over 2 years or so. Am I entitled to get a free wireless router now. cause new tiscali customer’s are getting one. shouldn’t the existing customers have one for free?

I was originally a tiscali customer but hadnt upgraded my package for a year or so. I was paying £17.99 for 5Meg broadband.

I then found out that tiscali are doing 8Meg broadband for £14.99 and £8.49 the first three months with a free wireless router.
Beng a tiscali customer the whole process took me 2 minutes to upgrade and was fully satisfied.
NOTE: The the free router will only be supplied if you agree to a 12 month contract with tiscali.

I’m with Tiscali Max up to 8Mb, your checker estimates up to 3.9Mb.
In the middle of the day and after midnight I can get speeds approaching 3.5Mb but early evening I’m lucky to get more than 0.4Mb.
I’m sure its down to number of users on line.
